Electronic bids will be received by the BOARD OF EDUCATION, City School District of Columbus, Ohio, Office of
Capital Improvements (via Public Purchase), until Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will be opened and
posted publicly to the District website immediately thereafter for the Roof Replacement at Food Service Production
Center, according to the plans and specifications, dated February 26, 2025, prepared by Legat Architects. The
estimated Base Bid cost for materials and labor at Food Service Production Center is $739,400.00. Plans and
Specifications may be secured at the bidder’s expense plus shipping costs from Franklin Imaging, 500 Schrock Rd,
