Electronic bids will be received by the BOARD OF EDUCATION, City School District of Columbus, Ohio, Office of
Capital Improvements (via Public Purchase), until Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will be opened
and posted publicly to the District website immediately thereafter for the Playground & Site Improvements, according to
the plans and specifications, dated February 10, 2025, prepared by Behnke Landscape Architecture. The estimated
Base Bid cost for materials and labor at eleven (12) sites (Alpine, Avalon, Colerain, Cranbrook, Duxberry Park
Alternative, Forest Park, Indian Springs, Innis, Linden STEM, Parkmoor, Winterset and Woodcrest) is $2,457,730.83.
The estimated cost for materials and labor for Alternate 1 (Outdoor Classrooms at Multiple Sites) is $68,417.35. The
estimated cost for materials and labor for Alternate 2 (Sidewalk at Alpine ES) is $5,740.00. The estimated cost for
materials and labor for Alternate 3 (Storage Container Replacement at Multiple Sites) is $140,000.00. The estimated
cost for materials and labor for Alternate 4 (Sensory Play Center 2-5 at Multiple Sites) is $160,965.00. The estimated
cost for materials and labor for Alternate 5 (Sensory Play Center 5-12 at Multiple Sites) is $187,792.50. The estimated
cost for materials and labor for Alternate 6 (Outdoor Classroom & Accessible Walk at Avalon ES) is $18,870.00. The
estimated cost for materials and labor for Alternate 7 (Concrete Walk Repair at Avalon ES) is $2,180.00. The
estimated cost for materials and labor for Alternate 8 (Concrete Seating at Colerain ES, Innis ES & Woodcrest ES) is
$25,275.25 The estimated cost for materials and labor for Alternate 9 (Chain Link Fence at Innis ES & Winterset ES) is
