Description

The Library of Congress (LOC), intend to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Software Maintenance for ccmConveyor Software Maintenance one (1) and ccmEnterprise Software Four Hundred-forty two (442) which includes maintenance and support, software updates, telephone support, bug fixes, and software patches. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.



This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that this specialized services are available from a single source without an acceptable delay or duplication of cost a no other type of service will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract September 16, 2026 to WorkDynamics Technologies Inc, 50 Hines Road, Unit 220, Kanata, ON K2K 2M5, Canada.



The acquisition is for a Base plus 4 Option Years for ccmConveyor Software Maintenance and ccmEntrprise for maintenance support and Licenses.



This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
