The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids to obtain the services of a qualified security contractor to provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year monitoring services for fire alarm systems at various City locations. Each fire alarm control panel is required to be reprogrammed to communicate with the Monitoring Station system. The responsive bidder shall solely be responsible for the monitoring of fire alarm systems at the specified City locations listed. Repairs and maintenance of said alarm systems are excluded; however, the awarded Contractor shall perform a one-time programming of each fire alarm control panel to ensure it is sending and receiving signals.
