Description:

Quarterly PM servicing to be done in January, April, July and October. Annual washing of all HVAC units (coils, etc.) shall be done during the scheduled April quarterly PM service. Only nontoxic environmentally safe and HVAC manufacturer approved solvents, or solution shall be used for washing. The Contractor to provide labor, material and equipment to perform preventative maintenance and inspection of HVAC heating/air conditioning systems and other equipment as listed at various buildings. Please check attachments for complete scope of work.
