Area Plan 2025 – 2027 Area Plan Contract Services
Atlantic County Area Agency on Aging, Office on Aging
Contract Period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
(With up to two (2) one-year renewable options at the discretion of the county, subject to the availability of funds and the continuing satisfactory performance by the provider)

•        Adult Day Services – Social for Consumers/Caregivers and those with Alzheimer’s/Dementia
•        NFCSP Caregiver Education/Support Group on Alzheimer’s/Dementia

The Atlantic County Office on Aging, Area Agency on Aging, announces the development of the Area Plan Contract for 2025-2027 and is accepting proposals, as outlined, for County residents aged 60+ and for caregivers that may be under sixty years of age, for the 2025 – 2027 calendar years. Services will be funded from and in accordance with rules and regulations implementing Title III, SASS, FFP, funding of the Older Americans Act of 1965 as amended.

Proposals are being sought for services related to the above services to senior/caregiver residents in Atlantic County, NJ. Funding sources for these services include the Older Americans Act (Title III B, D, E), FFP, Supplemental Aging Supportive Services (SASS) funds, and non-APC funds.
