Supply and install vinyl plank, includes removal of existing carpet tile. Existing wooden baseboard to remain, 1/4 round to be supplied by others. Open area plus staircase with 20 treads and one landing, no risers. Existing nosings to remain, vinyl flooring to be set into existing nosing.
