CBL Pond Sediment Management – Hydraulic Dredging

Project Description: Use a hydraulic dredge and six-inch pump to remove materials from within the prescribed work area limits as indicated in Statement of Work document, pond dimensions are 340 ft x 210 ft x 15 ft. Remove materials from the pond bottom to within 3-6 inches above the original design depth of EL +325’-0” of the Combustion By-products Landfill (CBL) pond. Use geotextile containment bag(s) for placement of the dredge material within the prescribed material placement areas. Approximately 4-6 ft of gypsum material is present along with silt, sand and mud. More details available on Statement of Work document.
