Caulking & Waterproofing of Salem Football Stadium & Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium
The City of
Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders for all labor, materials, and equipment needed to provide professional caulking and waterproofing services for the Salem Football Stadium, located at 1008 Texas Street, Salem, Virginia, and Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium, located at 1008 Texas Street, Salem, Virginia,
in accordance with Invitation to Bid (ITB) # 2025-033.
Sealed Bids must be received by hand delivery, mail or electronic submission through eVA by 2:00 PM ET, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
If hand delivering or mailing a sealed bid response, the bid package must be received by Michelle Braxton of the City of Salem Purchasing Department, 114 North Broad Street,
Salem
, VA 24153, at or before the stated bid due date and time.
For paper responses, Bidders shall submit one (1) original, marked as such, and two (2) copies, marked as such, of their bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the company’s name and “Attn: Purchasing Department - ITB # 2025-033 – Caulking & Waterproofing of Salem Football Stadium & Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium”.

The contents of all bids received will be read aloud and made public for the information of Bidders and other interested parties who may be present in person or by representative at 3:00 PM ET on June 3, 2025, in Council Chambers, located at City Hall, 114 North Broad Street, Salem, Virginia, 24153.
Any bids received after the mentioned time and date will be marked “late” and retained unopened in the procurement file. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
No bid may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Bidder must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a bid within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening.
