Description: The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking bids for the Sale of Forest Products – 154.9 MBF more or less Int. ¼” log rule of hardwood sawtimber and 156 Cords more or less of hardwood pulp. Contract extensions may be granted, at the discretion of the DEC upon written request of the Contractor, when extenuating circumstances exist. No extension shall exceed 12 months in length, and the total length of all extensions shall not exceed 24 months. Requests for extensions shall be made in writing at least 60 days prior to Contract termination date.
