NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
The City of Northampton Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks sealed bids for the purchase of Cationic Emulsion Liquid Polymer for use in the thickening and dewatering of municipal wastewater for its Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 33 Hockanum Road, Northampton, MA. Vendor selection will occur in two phases: Phase 1 requires submission of a Letter of Interest, and Phase 2 involves a trial run at the WWTP to determine polymer efficiency. Efficiency results will be used to calculate a cost per treated dry cake weight to determine the lowest cost product and Vendor.
