This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 813110 (Religious Organizations).





Responses are to be sent via email to michael.m.taylor2.civ@army.mil no later than 5:00 PM, December 28, 2025.





Project Description: IMCOM at Fort Benning is seeking sources for a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator. The period of performance is expected to be a maximum of five years (base ordering period of 1 year and 4 optional one-year ordering periods). The contractor will provide support to the Religious Support Office (RSO) Department of the Army (DA).





NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A DRAFT performance work statement is provided for reference. Contractors should submit a brief narrative of the following: Demonstrate capable experience with projects similar in size and scope of this requirement. Provide examples of past performance that is recent (work completed within the last 3 years). Information requested in this paragraph shall not exceed a total of ten (10) pages.
