Description

This notice does NOT constitue a request for proposal for Cathodic Above/Under Ground Tanks Maintenance and Repairs located at the Naval Submarine Base New London Groton, CT. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidnetal engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services for the Cathodic Above/Under Ground Tanks Maintenance and Repairs.



The work will be accomplished under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Non-recurring, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term will be a base period of twelve (12) months plus four twelve (12) month options periods. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee.



The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror with the lowest price proposal.



The solicitation will be available on or about 10 March 2025 for downloading. The address for downloading this solicitation is https://www.sam.gov. All prospective bidders are encouraged to register on the above website for this procurment when specifications and drawings become available. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (i.e.amendments) shall be made only on the web site. It is therefore the bidder's responsibility to check the web site for any posted changes to the solicitation.



This solicitation will be 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The Government will ONLY accept offers from Service-Disabled Vetern-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code for this procurment is 237120 and the annual Small Business size standard is $45 Million in annual receipts.



Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov database prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award.
