Scope: The project includes but is not limited to sitework, grading, flatwork, concrete removal, concrete walk/trail, limestone armor fill to control erosion, electrical service, electrical wiring, lighting, selective clearing, site grading/excavation, installation of landscape sod, construction of 10 additional parking spaces, wheel stops, curbing, striping, amenities, and tree protection.
