CATERPILLAR ENGINE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FOR FERRY VESSELS

Pierce County Planning and Public Works would like to secure the services of an on-call Marine Engine Service and Repair Company (Contractor). The contractor must be regularly engaged in the maintenance and repair of marine Caterpillar (CAT) Diesel Engines, Diesel Generators and any associated mechanical systems.

The Contractor must be able to provide emergency repair service on an around-the-clock (24- hour) basis seven (7) days per week, including holidays. An emergency repair is defined as a no-sail status/event or failure of engine components that prevents safe engagement of the vessel.
