Catering within Mankato State University

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources intends to establish an agreement with Sodexo within the Mankato State University building for catering service for Tribal Training Meeting on March 4 and 5, 2026. MN DNR has deemed this a single source because no other catering vendor can offer services within the University building due to the contract that the U of M has with Sodexo. No other vendor can act on behalf of Sodexo to provide this service.
