Scope of Services
PRECO requests Proposals for Catering Services provider for the following:

Catering for a minimum of 200 persons. PRECO will need to know the maximum capacity amount that each bidder will

be able to accommodate. One (1) catering site may be needed at each or just one of three (3) locations, Indian Lake

Estates (Polk County), Lakewood Ranch/Parrish (Manatee County), and Wauchula (Hardee County).

The deployment is to be for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days, with options to extend by single day

intervals. The provider will need to track meals served for quantity and who they meal was served to so compliance

with various regulatory requirements can be maintained.
