NOTICE

is hereby given that SEALED BIDS, one (1) unbound original, will be received by the City of Bartow, Attn: Purchasing Department, 450 N. Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830prior to 2:00:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, and publicly opened shortly thereafter, at City Hall within a designated Conference Room located at the location stated above.

Please be advised, in an effort to improve communication with suppliers the City has partnered with DemandStar to distribute automatic solicitation notifications to all vendors: City of Bartow Procurement - Bids & RFPs | DemandStar (fees may be applicable).

SCOPE OF WORK :  The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for emergency stand by food catering services, for an emergency event or a disaster, natural or man-made, or a City of Bartow declared emergency. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: There will be a NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) on Wednesday June 04, 2025, located at 450 N. Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830.
