- Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified offerors to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of catering/food services for a variety of meetings, groups, programs, ceremonies, and events, on an as-needed basis, for the Virginia Community College System (VCCS).
