Overview

Summary

The City of Clermont is soliciting proposals from qualified, full-service catering companies to provide food, beverage, and bar services at the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center (ARC). The City intends to select up to seven (7) vendors to provide catering services for various events, including but not limited to: concerts, shows, weddings, fundraisers, business functions, and private celebrations.

Selected vendors will be placed on the City’s Approved Caterer List for a two (2)-year term, with the option for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

Background

The Clermont Arts & Recreation Center is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Orlando and Disney attractions, and is centrally located within the City of Clermont. The City's goal is to provide personalized culinary experiences that honor special moments and cultural traditions for renters of the venue.
