This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and

Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Place of Performance will be 18340 4th Street BLDG 106,

Fort Walker, Virginia 22427 The solicitation number is W912PQ–25-Q–A015

The New York Army National Guard is requesting quotes for individually packaged meals per the attached RFQ.

52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 20MAY25 8:a.m. via email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil.

Please review that attached Feeder Schedule for a breakdown of the required Meals and ensure all quoted meals are incompliance with the provided menu.

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM)
