Scope of Services
The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract providing a fixed percentage discount from manufacturer catalog prices for sports equipment, supplies, and related services offered through various manufacturer catalogs for the School Board of St. Johns County, Florida. The School Board reserves the right to bid any item separately if deemed to be in the best interest of the School Board. The Bidder will be responsible for meeting all specifications as outlined herein and on the Bid Price Sheet. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or termination of award.
