CATA Parking Deck Repairs Project

Project Description: Notice is hereby given, the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) located at 2801 W. Whitehall Rd State College, PA 16801, is soliciting bids for the proposed CATA Parking Deck Repairs Project located at 2801 W. Whitehall Rd State College, PA 16801.
Bid packages will be received for the following contracts:
20260309-01GC – General Construction
The deadline for bid submissions is 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on 14 April 2026. Bids will be accepted via PennBid. The bid results will be publicly disclosed and posted subsequent to the completion of the Construction Managers bid analysis and upon receiving approval from the Owner.
A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at the project site on 6 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Bid Documents may be obtained via PennBid.
CATA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
All bids shall be accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier’s check, bank good faith check, made payable to the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA), or other irrevocable letter of credit drawn upon a bank authorized to do business in the Commonwealth or by a bid bond with corporate surety equal to 10% of the base bid total.
The bidder agrees that bids will be valid for at least a ninety (90) day period from the date the bids are opened. CATA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions or informalities relative thereto.
