The City and County of San Francisco (the “City”), through the office of the City Attorney (the “Office”), is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) in search of qualified law firms (“Candidates”) to provide portfolio monitoring and securities litigation monitoring, evaluation and reporting services on an ongoing, basis, for the San Francisco City and County Employees’ Retirement System (“SFERS”). Successful candidates will be responsible for, among other things, monitoring portfolios, identifying and evaluating securities litigation, and notifying the Office of actions requiring further consideration.
