Cass Park: Pavilion and Restroom Improvement Projec

Sealed bids for the Cass Park: Pavilion and Restroom Improvement Project, will be received by Scott Andrew at the Office of the City Controller of the City of Ithaca, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 until 2:00 PM, Thursday November 6, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

This is a multi-prime contract project that will consist of all work associated with the
General Construction……………Contract No. 1
Electrical Construction………….Contract No. 2

There will be a voluntary pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM on Tuesday October 28, 2025 at the Cass Park Pavilion (121 Turtle Ln, Ithaca, NY 14850).

The BID PACKAGE, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders,

BID, Agreement, Supplemental Conditions, Bond Information, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda may be downloaded / printed from the related documents
