Casino Gaming Chairs

Specifications/Special Instructions:

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement for the purchase of assembled casino slot chairs, captains’ chairs and the addition of gaming benches on an if and when needed basis.

SIGA would be looking to retain the successful Supplier for a period of two (2) years with three (3) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years in the form of a Standing Offer Agreement, on an “if and when” need basis.

Instructions to Bidders:

Substitutions may be accepted subject to SIGA approval; provided they meet the equivalent of the above specifications. A specification sheet (brand name, model, description, picture, colour, etc.) is required for substitutions with each bid submission.
All quotes to be provided in Canadian Dollars $CAD. Taxes to be applied as listed in the table above.
Complete the Shipping Charges as listed in Appendix #2.
Vendors to provide a Bench Seat sample as follows (shipping and return at the vendor’s cost):

Appendix 1, 5. Bench Seat – To provide Sample, prior to closing date/time of ITT. Sample to show structure, durability of frame and fabric. Not a custom chair, sample purposes only.

Shipping/freight cost can be estimated based on method of shipping and weight to location. SIGA’s Brokerage information will be provided to awarded vendor, if applicable.
The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be firm for the initial two (2) year term.
SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
Please provide warranty information in the space provided below. Include warranty period and coverage for parts and material information for each chair in your bid submission.
Order quantities based on each Site requirements as needed. Please refer to Appendix #2 for the F.O.B. delivery points for the contract term.
Sample requested shipped to SIGA by: on or before October 24th, 2024 @ 2 pm (CST). Include tracking information. Late samples will not be accepted for consideration.
