Description
Project Description: The City of West Jordan (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Software as a Service (SaaS) providers (Vendor) to deliver a comprehensive cash receipting software solution. This solution must integrate with the City’s utility billing software, SpryPoint, and the Workday ERP system and support citywide payment collection processes, both in-person and online, for various municipal services.
