Cash Flows and Treasury Management Software

This solicitation is for a Cash Flow and Treasury management software solution meeting the requirements outlined in the scope of services section. The County through its Department of Finance (DOF), Treasury Division, has the responsibility for the receipt, custody, depository, investment accounting, and recording of funds for the County, school districts, joint power authorities and special districts whose funds are held and invested by the County Treasurer (Director of Finance). Included in those responsibilities is ensuring the County has sufficient cash flow to meet its operational needs.

This RFP is part of a cooperative purchasing agreement through the Lead Procurement Agency (LPA), County of Sacramento, a collaboration that allows the County and other Governmental, Educational, and Non-Profit entities to benefit from collective purchasing power. As a result, any selected bid may be utilized by additional participating entities, providing expanded visibility and potential for additional opportunities.

The County provides a full range of services including public protection, construction and maintenance of all public facilities, airport services, waste management, water, parks maintenance and operations, health and medical services, a variety of public assistance programs, tax collection, elections, and many others.
