Caseyville Township Wastewater Paving Improvements

General Notice

Caseyville Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Caseyville Township WW Paving Project

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Township Office located at 10001 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208, until Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 3:00 pm local time. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at 6:00 pm, during a regularly scheduled Township Board Meeting at the Township Building, located at 10001 Bunkum Road Fairview Heights, IL 62208.

The Project includes the following Work:

Site grading around various lift station locations and placing Hot-Mix Asphalt at the various sites. Paving along Plant Road with Hot-Mix Asphalt will also be included in the project.

Bidding Documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies at http://planroom.drexeltech.com and can be downloaded or ordered for the fee listed online.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from Drexel Technologies. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Drexel.

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, September 1 at 10:00 am at Caseyville Township East WWTP, 1 Ecology Drive, O’Fallon, IL 62269. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
