This requirement entails the de-installation of two CaseCracker systems from the NCIS temporary space, which NCIS has to vacate. In addition to the de-installation, there is a requirement to install aforementioned systems in the newly renovated office space and to add a third CaseCracker system for the third interview room, which is also a soft interview room. This requirement will also entail having the vendor install functioning panic/distress devices/buttons in each of the 3 (three) interview rooms. The proposed acquisition is to procure the following required services and supplies: De-installation of two current CaseCracker rooms in previous location and re-installation in the new location with one additional room kit (for a total of three rooms), panic alarms for each room, and 5 years of software and hardware support for the additional room, materials, and travel.
