Case Worker - Housing Specialist

Project Description: The City of Norwich is making available up to $51,000 in Community Development Block Grant Funds to administer housing needs assistance for individuals experiencing homelessness, or who are at great risk of homelessness, by contracting with a Housing Specialist. This Housing Specialist will facilitate enrollment in a housing assistance program and manage the associated cases; they will engage with the Coordinated Access Network and other partners for client referrals and collaborative case management; and they will find and fund housing options for Norwich residents at risk of or already experiencing homelessness. This funding is only available through August 31, 2025.
