This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO)17VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 5441 Babcock Road Medical Center.302 San Antonio TX 78240 for the procurement for the CASE v7 Stress Cardiology Services, Case v7 Stress Testing Systems GE Brand Name or Equal for the Cardiology department care area for the Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple, TX 76504. The contractor shall provide procurement, delivery, installation assistance, and support for four (4) CASE v7 Stress Testing Systems, including all required accessories, cables, monitoring components, and training services needed for clinical use. All products and services shall match the items being requested. CTVHCS Cardiology requires replacement stress testing equipment to support accurate diagnostic assessment and ongoing management of cardiovascular disease in Veterans. The CASE v7 Stress Testing System provides high resolution cardiac data acquisition, sophisticated stress interpretation algorithms, and compatibility with the cardiology ecosystem. The Contractor shall coordinate any request for non standard delivery hours at least five (5) workdays in advance for VA POC approval. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and codes, and VA Handbook 6500.6 requirements. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS The CASE v7 Stress Testing System must meet or exceed the following: 12 lead ECG stress testing with advanced interpretation Cardiology workflow compatibility (MUSE, CardioSoft) Tango M2 NIBP integration support Customizable stress test protocol support FDA cleared diagnostic cardiac equipment Includes all OEM cables, connectors, and accessories as quoted The system must include the following items: ASE v7 Systems & Required Components: CASE V7 CASE V7 Premium Package Variable Height Trolley CASE V7 CAM CONNECT 14 STRESSES AHA STRESS CAM CONNECT 14 Trunk Cable with TTL Trigger Stress Interpretation (EXTI) North American Power Cord CASE V7 English CASE V7 Accessories (CASEV7ACCESSBUNDLE) CAM CONNECT 14 Blank Plug Set Two Channel Analog Output Assembly Tango M2 Blood Pressure Monitoring System (Stress Testing): Tango M2 Base Unit Stress Testing Tango Power Cable US/Canada Tango M2 Stress BP Operator s Manual English Tango Accessory Bundle Installation & Service Items DCAR Service and Training Bundle DCAR Installation DCAR Clinical Education 10 Credits a. This equipment must be able to perform the following functions for all the Cardiology department. b. SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT REQUIRED: Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple, TX 76504 for the CASE v7 Stress Testing Systems. c. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g. set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following:  e. Where is the item manufactured, the VA is interested in procuring items manufactured in the United States. Provide City and State. f. you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, include the contract details in your response. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business/Veteran Owned Small Business or other Small Business manufacturers or authorized distributors that can provide this item. Respond to this notice if you can provide these products listed in the table in the background and requirement section above. In response, please cite your business size status.  DISTRIBUTORS: You must provide proof that you are an authorized distributor. VA does not accept gray market items.  Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing with their responses. The estimated pricing will be considered when determining the procurement strategy for the future solicitation.
