The San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office (County) is inviting proposals from qualified vendors
to provide ongoing support for a recently implemented Case Management System (CMS) within Microsoft
Dynamics 365 (Services). Support includes collaborating with the District Attorney's Bureau of
Information Technology - Application Development Team to support ongoing system enhancements,
which may involve custom coding, bug resolution, system optimization, performance monitoring and
upgrades. The County may award multiple contracts depending on the anticipated enhancements to the
case management system and the type of required maintenance.
