The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit the services of a qualified vendor(s) to provide technology consulting services to the Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC) for its case management system developed with Claris FileMaker. This includes technical system assessment, business analysis, design and development, system testing, and release management services to support the design and possible automation of new and existing business functions at DPPC. This project will be focused on the enhancement of the current FileMaker Case Management System (CMS) application.
