The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive legal case management software system. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor that can offer a secure, efficient, and user-friendly solution to manage legal matters, track case progress, and support reporting and analytics. A successful solution will streamline case management, document handling, calendaring, and collaboration for legal staff, while ensuring security compliance and integration with existing systems.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
