The required delivery is CLIN 0001-148 days and CLIN-664 days for Production. CLIN 0002 requires a Government First Article Test. Delivery of FAT is 90 days with 120 days for Government review. Total delivery with FAT requirement is 878 days. Delivery will be 664 days with waiver of FAT.

This solicitation is set-aside for small business. Based on market research this item is manufactured commercially. The Government will be using the policies in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 9/22/2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, Delivery and Small Business Participation. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
