Casa de Esperanza Residential Services RFP

Project Description: Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified organizations to operate Casa de Esperanza y Suenos (subsequently referred to as “Casa de Esperanza “). Casa de Esperanza is a Social Rehabilitation Facility that operates twenty-four (24) hours-a-day, seven days a week, providing day rehabilitation services and specialty mental health services in a supervised residential setting for adults and Transitional-Age Youth (TAY). Casa de Esperanza serves Ventura County clients who are recovering from a serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders that require daily with a rehabilitation focus that promotes enhanced psychiatric stability and teaches the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). When possible and appropriate, family members and significant others are incorporated into the person-centered, recovery-oriented services. The anticipated contract period will be for one (1) year with the possibility of two (2) one (1) year extensions.
