Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830prior to 2:00:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, and publicly opened shortly thereafter, at City Hall within a designated Conference Room located at the location stated above.

SCOPE OF WORK
: The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for kitchen & flooring upgrades
at the Carver Recreation Center located at 520 Herbert Dixon Blvd., Bartow, FL 33830. Please refer to Attachment “A” for images related to this project. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING/SITE VISIT at 09:00 A.M. (EDT) on Monday, January 09, 2025, located at 520 Herbert Dixon Blvd., Bartow, FL 33830. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
