The City of College Station has a trolley system used to perform maintenance on the Centrifuge at the Carter’s Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant that is to be repaired and coated under the terms of this contract. The work to be performed under these specifications includes the removal of the trolley beam support structure, new concrete pedestals and foundations, the erection of the proposed structure, the coating of the proposed structure, and the overcoat of the existing trolley beam.
