Notes
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:

Replacement of ceiling grid and tile as shown in plans

Replacement of interior lighting as shown in plans

Selective demolition as shown in plans

Painting of walls in interior areas and offices

Protection of office furniture, equipment, fixtures, files, etc. to accommodate work including temporary relocation.

Electrical modifications and additions to accommodate new work stations, offices and other areas as shown in plans.

Adjustment of HVAC ductwork to accommodate new ceiling grid and lighting.

Development and implementation of comprehensive construction phasing plan and schedule that includes coordination and work performed by City of Carrollton IT dept vendors.
An optional Pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall in Conference Room 1W2 at 2:00 p.m., January 7, 2025.


Pre-bid questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., January 15, 2025.

Special Note: Prior to submittal of questions related to the Carrollton City Hall Lower Level Improvements Project Proposal, please review all the information and instructions provided in the Contract Documents and Specifications manual.

Should it be necessary, an addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 2025.
