Description:

The City of Winston-Salem is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors to conduct an audit of the City's Information Technology carrier accounts. The primary objective of this engagement is to identify opportunities for cost recovery, service elimination, carrier and/or technology replacement, and cost reduction savings. The selected Auditor will operate as an independent contractor tasked with analyzing the City’s carrier service accounts, encompassing Voice, Data, Internet, and Mobility services.
