Carriage Crest detention basin is in need of improvements to stormwater capacity and discharge. The work will generally consist of the following

• Grading a detention basin

• Storm sewer gravity and forcemain installation and watermain installation

• Installation of a lift station and backup generator

• Soil Erosion measures including restoration and planting trees

• Perform monitoring and maintenance for 3 years
