Carpet Replacement

BID NOTICE

Garland County is seeking bids for removing and replacing carpet for the GC District Court/ Juvenile Court Building at 607 Ouachita Avenue until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 28, 2025.  The bid will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The bid should include all materials and workmanship to furnish and complete installation of generator matching the specifications.

Bids must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of the envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“Carpet Replacement”

“Please Note:  We do not accept proposals by fax or email.  They must be sealed by mail or hand delivered.

Bid forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.  Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or a portion thereof.
