Carpentry and Painting Services for City Buildings

The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase Carpentry and Painting Services.  Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street,  Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: Carpentry and Painting Services – Bid #26-024.  Bids will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Director on January 7, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.  Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.
