A pre-bid field meeting will be held at Carpenter Pond (New Rochelle, NY 10583; meeting will gather and start at south end of the Pond) on Monday, April 22nd, 2024 at 10:00 am. Bidders are highly encouraged to attend this meeting to familiarize with site conditions.

Answers to questions will be posted by Monday, April 29th, 2024 at 4:30 pm on the City’s website.
