The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary
and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not
necessarily limited to the following: Culvert replacement, guide rail removal and installation, excavation, full
depth reconstruction.

per set. Deposit checks shall be made payable to "Livingston County Treasurer". Cash will not be accepted.
Bid documents will also be available for review only, at the office of the Livingston County Highway Department, 4389 Gypsy Lane, Mt. Morris, NY 14510
