The Missouri Department of Transportation, St.Louis District, has determined that only MoboTrex, Inc. of Davenport, IA, can provide the Department with Carmanah specific use solar traffic products, warranty, training and technical support for existing Carmanah products already installed in the St. Louis District. MoboTrex, Inc. is the sole regional authorized distributor for Carmanah products in the state of Missouri. The RSC315-G RRFB’s with Overhead Lighting beacon is currently being used at specific locations in conjunction with the same type of unit installed for traffic operations on opposing traffic control, therefore this specific type is required for operation. These specific products have been documented as fully and absolutely compatible with all current systems. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: April 30, 2024 - April 29, 2025.
