It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. We will not accept a bid that only makes a statement similar to “meets the specifications of bid request”. Bidders must provide a proposal that includes all specifications and drawings for their proposed vehicle.
