2026 CARGO VAN, LOW ROOF

Project Description: Furnish and deliver 2026 RAM PROMASTER 1500 CARGO VAN, Low Roof, 118\" WB, or approved
substitution per the attached TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. Quotation shall include all
shipping and delivery charges to F.O.B. destination, insurance premiums, warranty
costs, administrative support costs, expediting fees, all applicable fees and taxes,
and any and all incidental and related materials and work required for a complete and
properly functioning vehicle.

Special Instructions

1. See attached Technical Specifications for detailed instructions.

2. Vehicle specified shall be delivered and received on-site no later than 30 consecutive
calendar days from the date of the approved purchase order.

3. To be eligible for award, vendor must be HCE compliant. See Technical Specifications
for detailed instructions.

4. Proposed substitutions to be approved in advance. See Technical Specifications for
detailed instructions.

All requests for substitutions shall be submitted in writing via email to Brenda Hamane at
hamane@hawaii.edu no later than 2:00 p.m. (HST), Tuesday, February 3, 2026. See

6. Vendor shall provide proof of compliance with the licensing requirements set forth in
Chapter 437, HRS, State License for Selling Motor Vehicles, by providing vendor\'s license
number as an attachment to the SuperQuote submission. See Technical Specifications for
