Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLA) is conducting market research on National Stock Number 3990-00-930-1480, a Cargo Pallet Cover. If an option to extend the term of the contract provision were included in the solicitation, each option term would be one year. However, the total contract term will not exceed five years.
